Return Policy

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of purchase. if Custom printed cards not eligible to return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Custom printed cards (no return, refund, or exchange available)
